ORDERS Purchasing from Giglio Luxury is a simple and secure operation. The Customer must view the collections, choose the product, and order its shipment. The online store offers clothing and accessories from the best international fashion brands. Thanks to the exclusive service and unmistakable style of Giglio Luxury, shopping will become a unique experience. To browse the offerings, simply select a CATEGORY and discover the selection of products from leading Italian and international brands offered by Giglio Luxury. Each product is accompanied by a descriptive sheet containing information on the model, price, composition, sizes, and colors.

With ADD TO CART, the desired item is placed in a virtual shopping bag, allowing you to continue browsing other pages of the site, awaiting order confirmation. At any time, you can add new purchases or, using the DELETE ITEM function, remove selected items. Clicking on the SHOPPING BAG link will show the prices of individual purchased items and the total amount of the order, which is still partial and unconfirmed. Thanks to the WISHLIST functionality, you can, while shopping, create a list of favorite items that will be saved in a reserved space, with the possibility of reviewing them whenever you wish. Once chosen, it will be sufficient to place the selected items directly in the cart.

With SEND ORDER, online shopping comes to an end. If you are already a Giglio Luxury Customer, simply enter your email and password, and the system will automatically recognize you. If this is your first visit to the Giglio Luxury online store, you need to register on the site (by clicking on the REGISTRATION link) to enter the necessary data for purchase and shipping. Once registration is complete, the system will store the information, and the Customer will be automatically recognized during subsequent visits.

Products purchased on Giglio Luxury are sold directly by Giglio Luxury.

Our commercial policy
1. Giglio Luxury offers products for sale on Giglio Luxury and carries out its e-commerce activity exclusively towards its end-users who are "consumers".
2. When we refer to "consumer", we mean any natural person acting on Giglio Luxury for purposes unrelated to their commercial, entrepreneurial, or professional activity, if any. If you are not a "consumer", we invite you to refrain from conducting commercial transactions on Giglio Luxury.
3. In consideration of its commercial policy, Giglio Luxury reserves the right not to process orders from parties other than the "consumer" or in any case orders that do not comply with its commercial policy.
4. These General Terms of Sale exclusively govern the offer, submission, and acceptance of purchase orders for products on Giglio Luxury between Giglio Luxury users.
5. The General Terms of Sale do not, however, regulate the provision of services or the sale of products by parties other than Giglio Luxury that are present on Giglio Luxury via links, banners, or other hyperlinks.
6. Giglio Luxury reserves the right to cancel and/or revoke any order for any reason (unavailability, inventory error, defective items). Obviously, the cancellation is followed by a refund of the full amount spent; the refund will be made using the same method as the payment of the order.

Guarantees and product pricing
1. Only luxury and premium brand products are offered for sale on Giglio Luxury. These products are purchased directly from carefully selected retailers known for their rigorous quality controls.
Giglio Luxury sources its products, through its current collaborations, from Luxury Boutiques located exclusively within Italian territory; thanks to established direct relationships (all authorized retailers).

The goods offered for sale on the Giglio Luxury website are not obtained exclusively from the brand owners, but from authorized retailers. Giglio Luxury declares that it is not an authorized retailer or agent of the brands sold on the site. All brands mentioned on the site are registered trademarks of their respective owners who hold the rights and ownership. The mere mention of these brands on the site does not suggest or imply that their respective owners have any affiliation or agreement with the site itself. Most of the brands present on the website and referring to products for sale on Giglio Luxury are famous brands well-known to the general public and to every Giglio Luxury user.

2. Giglio Luxury does not sell used, irregular, or inferior quality products compared to the corresponding standards offered on the market.
3. The essential characteristics of the products are presented on Giglio Luxury within each product sheet. However, the images and colors of the products offered for sale on Giglio Luxury may not correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used.
4. Product prices may be subject to updates. Please ensure you check the final sales price before submitting your order form. The variation in sales price, whether increasing or decreasing, is our sole discretion and may occur even a few seconds after you close the order.
5. Giglio Luxury, in the event of you exercising your right of withdrawal, has the right not to accept the return of products that lack their respective tags or guarantee seal, products that have been altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics, or that have been damaged.
6. As this catalog is legally comparable to mail-order sales, Giglio Luxury reserves the right to cancel orders and/or purchase procedures in case of an error in the publication of prices or items for sale. In this case, the customer will, of course, be reimbursed for all expenses incurred.
SHIPMENTS

Shipping is free throughout Italy

Giglio Luxury ships to Italy and worldwide exclusively through the BRT express courier service. All goods shipped by Giglio Luxury are carefully packed. Along with the shipped goods, Giglio Luxury will include in the package (or where requested via e-mail) the invoice detailing the prices of the purchased items.

FREE INSURANCE

Giglio Luxury is covered by free insurance against theft and/or accidental damage for all shipments. The insurance remains valid until the moment of delivery of the goods.

ORDER PROCESSING
All regularly completed and paid orders will be processed within two working days: all shipments depart from Giglio Luxury, only on working days, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be handled the following Monday.

TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT ONLINE
Giglio Luxury offers its customers a traceable shipping service at all times, thanks to the service provided by DHL. The Customer will receive an email confirming the shipment of the goods with the code (tracking number) provided by DHL, which will allow them to check the progress of their shipment at any time. Alternatively, they can always check the delivery status in real-time in the "My Account" section of the website.

WORLDWIDE SHIPMENTS

Shipments can be DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), depending on the shipping address. DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipments are made to EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Hungary) where VAT/TVA is already calculated and included in the purchase price. DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) shipments are for non-EU or non-Schengen countries, not subject to VAT/TVA payment on the purchase price.

PLEASE NOTE: CUSTOMS DUTIES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER WHERE APPLICABLE.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are conditioned by the destination areas of the products. ITALY (DDP): shipment is tentatively scheduled within 5/12 days from the order depending on the availability of our suppliers, with delivery in the following three working days. EU European Countries (DDP): delivery is tentatively scheduled within three/five working days from shipment. Extra EU European Countries (DDU): delivery is tentatively scheduled within 5-7 working days from shipment. Rest of the World: delivery is tentatively scheduled up to 7-10 days from shipment with Express Service.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Once the goods have been delivered, it is the Customer's responsibility to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery receipt. If the packaging appears tampered with or not intact, the Customer may sign the delivery receipt with reservations or refuse delivery. Any anomalies must be promptly reported to the local BRT office and to Giglio Luxury, by sending an email to our customer service. If the Customer refuses delivery of the goods, any shipping costs necessary for the return of the package to Giglio Luxury will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer. If for any reason the shipment is not delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of registration, the package will be returned to Giglio Luxury at the Customer's expense. In this case, Giglio Luxury will deduct this amount from any refund due to the Customer.
