General Conditions of Sale
Products purchased on Giglio Luxury are sold directly by Giglio Luxury, an Italian company, with registered office in Piazza I Maggio 18 01925160788.
The offer and sale of products on the Giglio Luxury website are governed by these General Conditions of Sale.
The General Conditions of Sale may be periodically updated; those published on Giglio Luxury and accepted at the time of checkout are considered effective and binding.
Please read the terms and conditions of sale carefully before making a purchase.
How to purchase
For each product chosen, a descriptive sheet is displayed, with the image and essential characteristics, for example: color, size, unit price.
The images and colors of the products offered for sale on Giglio Luxury may not correspond to the actual ones due to the Internet browser and/or monitor used. Giglio Luxury is not responsible for any inaccuracies due to a particular computer configuration or its malfunction.
Product availability
The products offered for sale and their relative price are those indicated on Giglio Luxury

If, at the time of order, the products are not available, the corresponding size will not be displayed.
If, due to simultaneous purchase by different customers, the ordered product is no longer available, an order cancellation email will be sent.
Giglio Luxury may change the products offered for sale on Giglio Luxury and their relative price at any time and without prior notice.
Product price
The price of each item is indicated in Euros.
Shipping costs are indicated before payment.

ORDER

Order
Placing a purchase order implies knowledge of these general conditions of sale and their unconditional acceptance.
Orders can be placed after registration and/or creation of a personal Customer account ("register for free"). Please carefully read the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Orders are completed by following the steps and instructions specified on the website.
The purchase of products offered for sale on Giglio Luxury may be made by consumers/customers who have reached the age of majority and who act exclusively on their own behalf.
The sale and/or distribution of products purchased on Giglio Luxury is prohibited.
Giglio Luxury reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of received orders.
Giglio Luxury will notify the customer by e-mail of any inability to accept received orders.
Order confirmation
Upon completion of the purchase, the Customer receives written confirmation of the ordered product, the amount to be paid, with details of the product price and shipping costs.
Payment methods
Giglio Luxury accepts the following payment methods:
Bank Transfer
Credit cards (including prepaid cards, Postepay)
Giglio Luxury accepts payments made with the following credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro.
Bank transfer
The bank transfer receipt must be sent to Giglio Luxury – via e-mail – no later than 3 working days from the order acceptance date.
We will send the ordered items upon receipt of the due amount, which must occur within 7 working days from the order acceptance date.
The exact bank details for the transfer will be provided via e-mail upon completion of the online order.
Send the bank transfer receipt via e-mail to the address Giglio Luxury specifying in the subject: “Bank transfer receipt - order”.
Any other payment methods may be accepted solely at the discretion of Giglio Luxury. For more information and/or clarifications, you can send an email to Giglio Luxury. The ordered products remain the property of Giglio Luxury until full payment of their relative price.

SHIPPING METHODS

Shipping methods
Information on shipping methods is indicated at the time of purchase, is borne by the customer and is charged to the credit and debit card at the time of purchase.
Shipping costs
All purchases are delivered by GLS courier. Shipments are not made to P.O. boxes.
Shipping costs 5 euros, unless promotions, when provided, indicated on the website, offer free delivery.

Delivery areas
Products are delivered to the address requested by the Customer (shipments are not made to P.O. boxes).
